For us vanilla is not just a product, it’s our passion. Crafting the perfect vanilla requires patience, dedication, and expertise. Unlike other spices, vanilla takes a long time to produce and requires a lot of hard work. Our farmers carefully hand-pollinate each flower to ensure the highest quality beans. Then, they wait patiently for 9 months until the beans are ready to be harvested. This is the only time when the precursor aroma is at its best, so there’s no room for negotiation. To ensure the quality of our vanilla, we have an internal control system that monitors the entire process at the farmer level. Once we have the best raw materials, we bring them to our factory for the vanilla curing process, which takes 4-6 months. In total it can take up to 15 months to produce our premium vanilla.
