Getting here is simple - just hop on a 4-hour flight from Jakarta and drive for another 3 hours, and you'll find yourself surrounded by the stunning scenery of Sulawesi's countryside. As you arrive, you'll be greeted by the sight of towering coconut trees swaying gently in the breeze, and the distant silhouette of the majestic Soputan volcano. It's a view that will take your breath away.
At our farm, we're passionate about sustainable agriculture and ethical farming practices. We believe in working in harmony with the land to produce the highest quality crops, while preserving the natural beauty of our surroundings.

Our Vanilla

For us vanilla is not just a product, it's our passion. Crafting the perfect vanilla requires patience, dedication, and expertise. Unlike other spices, vanilla takes a long time to produce and requires a lot of hard work. Our farmers carefully hand-pollinate each flower to ensure the highest quality beans. Then, they wait patiently for 9 months until the beans are ready to be harvested. This is the only time when the precursor aroma is at its best, so there's no room for negotiation. To ensure the quality of our vanilla, we have an internal control system that monitors the entire process at the farmer level. Once we have the best raw materials, we bring them to our factory for the vanilla curing process, which takes 4-6 months. In total it can take up to 15 months to produce our premium vanilla. But we believe it's worth the wait.

Our Internal Control System and organic certification help us develop our farming partners' capacity for quality and quantity. Our farmers are experts in selecting and processing the finest ingredients. They take great care in every step of the process, from harvesting to drying and processing, ensuring that every ingredient is of the highest quality.
